Every Maison Mizumi order is packed by hand in protective, recyclable materials and dispatched from the Netherlands.
- Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands within two working days.
You receive a confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier.
- Delivery times
Netherlands — 1 to 2 working days.
European Union — 3 to 5 working days.
International — 5 to 10 working days.
These are indications given by our carriers, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer in peak periods.
- Shipping costs
Netherlands — €4,95, complimentary from €75.
European Union — €6,96, complimentary from €100.
International — €9,95, complimentary from €100.
All prices include VAT.
- Tracking
All parcels are sent tracked with DHL. You receive a confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
- Essences in transit
Concentrated essences are shipped sealed and upright in a protective insert. Should a bottle arrive damaged, write to us within seven days with a photograph and we will replace it.
