- What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number where given, and the contents of your order.
When you subscribe to our letters: your email address.
When you write to us: the content of your message and your contact details.
- Why
To fulfil your order and provide after-sales care, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and — where you have subscribed — to send occasional letters from the Maison. You may unsubscribe from those at any time.
- Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered with the provider and are never received or stored by Maison Mizumi.
- Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our commerce and hosting platforms, our payment provider, and the carrier delivering your parcel.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
- Cookies
The site uses functional cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work. Any analytics or marketing cookies are only placed where you have given consent.
- How long
Order and invoice data is retained for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires of Rayndrops. Subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept for two years.
- Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to support@maisonmizumi.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
